Refund policy

All SajedaFaraz products are digital downloads (PDF files). Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been used, except where the law requires it.

By completing your purchase you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start downloading the file (as allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

If something is wrong: if your file will not open, is damaged, or is not what was described, email sajeda.faraz@icloud.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working replacement or, if we cannot fix the problem, give you a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you bought by mistake and have not downloaded the file, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

The free Picture Book Launch Checklist costs nothing, so no refund applies.
